Colex for cured sausage and all types of fresh
    This casing has been developed for sausages, chorizos, paprika, fuet and all types of fresh, boiled or cured sausages, in small diameter.
  • The product is manufactured with a correct level of humidity and can therefore be used immediately without soaking.
  • Make sure that the stick is positioned correctly on the filling horn as shown on the box.
  • The protective sheath on the original box should not be removed before using the sticks.
  • Once the box is opened, it should be hermetically closed and kept in a cool place.

  • This casing is available in "sticks" of 15 meters.
  • Diameters available in mm:
    • 16, 19, 21, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 34, 36, 38 and 40 mm
  • The diameter of the stuffer is:
